What takes place in a coaching session?
Your coaching session may take place in person or virtually (by phone or video).
It is recommended that you take a few minutes prior to your coaching session to clear your mind from the day and prepare yourself for the call.
During the coaching session, the life coach will work with you through what has transpired during the prior week, discuss what may have held you back and also celebrate your wins.
The life coaching session will help to reveal where you have been stuck, break down the limiting beliefs or fears, and help to shift your direction back to what is possible.
A life coach is a great person to have in your corner, as they often see what is missing, and can provide valuable insight where needed. The ability to have someone who has your back, who is unbiased, and wants nothing more than to see you succeed. They will be there to help you look at and sometimes dissect those very things that are getting in your way, and causing patterns to repeat.
Generally at the close of a coaching session, the coach will come to an agreeable goal for the week to help push you out of your comfort zone and achieve your goal.
