The gift of SEEING BEAUTY EVERYWHERE deepens the level of appreciation and self-awareness we have, being mindful of the little things in life. Seeing the good in the smallest of things that we often take for granted helps us to slow down and take it in by awakening the senses to enjoy life and all it brings us.

The healing power of Presence is so key in our lives. Be it a person, place or thing - there is beauty each and everywhere we look. It is about teaching us to slow down and take in the moments, big or small, in our lives.

We will start with a guided mediation (outside if weather permits) - otherwise indoors. Nothing is a greater source of healing than being in nature. *** ( Due to the recent increase with Covid, for everyone's safety the event has been adjusted to an online event.) ***

Followed by deep inner reflection, journaling, and sharing to strengthen the power within.

Utilizing different parts of your brain (listening, writing, and verbally sharing) helps to lock this into your memory enhancing the learning process to reprogram your brain to change.
